Dr Mirrah Agha Kandil

Dr. Mirrah Agha Kandil is the Group Medical Director at GEMS Education and has been part of the GEMS community for over 13 years. With a background in surgery and more than 20 years of experience as a physician, she is a strong advocate for evidence-based medicine and children’s health and wellbeing.
Her work focuses on ensuring safe, healthy learning environments where every child can thrive. Married to a fellow surgeon, Dr. Kandil is a proud parent to Chloe and Zane, who continue to inspire her passion for children’s health every day.
