Originally from Poland, Magda moved with her husband from Scotland to Dubai 8 years ago and joined the GEMS family a year afterwards. She transferred to DAA in January 2020 from GEMS School Support Center where she had served as the Talent Development Specialist since June 2019. Prior to that role, she was the HR Officer at GEMS World Academy for 5 years. Magda graduated with a Master's Degree in Ukrainian Philology and since then completed multiple HR training courses, including Level 3 and Level 5 CIPD Certificates in HR, which became her passion.
