Lynn Terman

Lynn Terman

Assistant Elementary Principal (Gr. 2 - 3)

Lynn is eager to begin her second year at DAA, joining as a Grade 3 classroom teacher during the 2018-19 school year.

This year marks her 18th in education, having started her teaching career in the Baltimore (Maryland) City Public School System in 2001.  Prior to joining DAA, Lynn taught at the St. Mark’s School of Texas, an all-boys, independent day school in Dallas. She earned her undergraduate degree from West Virginia University and a Master’s Degree from The Ohio State University.

A lifelong learner, Lynn pursued and completed her Principal’s Certification from the University of North Texas in 2017. Lynn believes that building relationships and partnering with students and their families are paramount to a child’s success.

She looks forward to a wonderful year with DAA’s youngest Leopards.
