James is delighted to be part of the DAA Team.
James is originally from the United Kingdom, where he lived before moving to France with his family at the age of 11, and settling into a fully French speaking school, and becoming fluent in French. Upon graduating from High School, James made the decision to move to Dubai, where he has now been for over 10 years.
Having graduated with a Masters in International Business Management, with an emphasis on Human Resources Management, James pursued a career in HR, and is currently studying for Level 7 CIPD. This would lead to his first role in HR being within one of the largest British school groups in the UAE. Before joining DAA, James was leading the HR function in a startup American/IB school in Sharjah. With his wealth of experience in HR in the Education sector, James is eager to be a part of the DAA family, and demonstrate outstanding practices, within the HR Department.
